The place is amazing, it matches the theme perfectly. I recommend the downstairs cafe; we were served by a tattooed guy who provided excellent service.
The restaurant's decor is themed around the revolution. The prices are reasonable, the food is prepared quickly and cleanly, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It's a great place to grab a bite after visiting the Museum of the Revolution or on your way to Plaza de la República.

The place is small but cozy. While its prices aren't the most affordable, they're certainly not out of the ordinary. It's located right under the Monument to the Revolution, and the design is beautiful. Plus, the food I ordered was delicious and the ingredients are fresh.
